See the familiar birds of winter with fresh eyes in the company of renowned birder and author Kenn Kaufman. Kenn and his wife, Kimberly Kaufman, cofounded the Biggest Week in American Birding Festival, held each spring for ten glorious days in northwest Ohio. Kenn has written many popular field guides and is the author of a number of other books, his newest being A Season on the Wind: Inside the World of Spring Migration. Join Kenn for an easygoing bird walk on the sanctuary, followed by cofee, tea, and bagels.

Kenn will be presenting a free talk based on his book at the Peabody-Essex Museum (Morse Auditorium) on Friday, December 6 from 7:45-9:00 pm. Please see the program listing under December 6 for details.
