Homeschool Naturalists: Winter

The habitats at Habitat will be our classroom as we observe seasonal changes throughout the year. Classes meet once a week and will be entirely outdoors. We'll spend time in the meadows and woods and at the pond. Topics may include winter survival, snow ecology, tracking wildlife, owl prowls, snowshoeing, and a whole lot more.

Instructions and Directions:

For children age 6-7 by January, 2021. Mass Audubon membership is required. Class meets 10 Wednesdays. To register call Habitat at 617-489-5050. Does not meet the following date: 2/17/2021

PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Groups are limited to 11 preregistered participants. Program staff and participants are required to wear a face covering and follow social distancing guidelines. A detailed confirmation letter will be emailed at least 24 hours before the program.
