The migration madness has started! Head out in search of seasonal visitors, both regular and rare. Look for birds in a wide variety of habitats and sharpen your eyes as the seasons change.
Riverine habitats are often the best place to look for the first spring migrants. We will walk a loop past a pond and through forest along the Charles River, looking for early migrants like Palm Warbler, Yellow-rumped Warbler, and Blue-headed Vireo as well as nesting ducks like Wood duck and Hooded Merganser.
