Spend a little time outside in the early morning exploring the natural world with an expert naturalist. Late summer brings fall flowers and bees to feast on them, frogs on the trail, and dragonflies over the stream. Making space to consider what we encounter is a form of mindfulness and a learning opportunity. This will be a gentle walk with a moderate incline.

PLEASE NOTE: This program will be conducted in accordance with current municipal, state, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. This program will meet and take place outdoors. Indoor restrooms are available. A detailed confirmation letter will be emailed within 24 hours before the program.

Registration is required.
