For over 125 years, this property was managed as a dairy farm. The now-protected Graves Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is complete with mixed forest, pristine cold water streams, and serene pastoral landscapes. Graves Farm supports a variety of trees, and we'll hike through the forest while discovering autumn tree foliage, twigs, buds, and bark. We'll also look at forest communities, how they are changing, and what we can do to improve forest health.

This trail walk is about 1.5 miles through forest and field, over rocks, roots, and some small hills. There is also a small stream crossing on rocks.

If you registered for the Trees in Autumn series, you do not need to register for this individual program.
