Bald Eagles are the species most sought after during the winter months at Quabbin. However, we are more likely to see or hear Red-bellied Woodpeckers, Common Ravens, Eastern Bluebirds, and Golden-crowned Kinglets as we walk around the dike and some of the wooded trails.

Instructions and Directions:

Meet at the Quabbin Reservoir Visitor Center Parking Lot. This program will be conducted in accordance with current Municipal, State, and Mass Audubon Covid-19 protocols. Groups are limited to 11 preregistered participants. Participants are required to wear a face covering and follow social distancing guidelines. A detailed confirmation letter will be emailed 24 hours before the program.
