Go Birding at Daniel Webster
Daniel Webster hosts a wide variety of birds year-round. Join us on an upcoming birding program or go birding on your own. Whichever you choose, bring the checklist of birds you might see at Daniel Webster.
After your visit, take a few minutes to submit your bird sightings to Mass Audubon’s eBird page, a collaboration with the Cornell Lab of Ornithology that is gradually providing us with a comprehensive picture of the abundance and distribution of birds at our wildlife sanctuaries. In addition to eBird, be sure to check out some of our other bird sighting tools, such as owls, American kestrels, hummingbirds, whip-poor-wills, barn swallows, and cliff swallows.
Your observations (especially of rare and protected birds) help support Mass Audubon's major bird conservation programs, including the Important Bird Area (IBA) program, various biological inventories taking place on our wildlife sanctuaries, and other new programs that are currently being planned.
