Programs for Scouts

Brownie troop at Stony Brook Wildlife Sanctuary

Mass Audubon offers fun opportunities for Girl or Boy Scout troops to explore the wild side of Massachusetts.

Take part in seasonal outdoor experiences, including:

  • Spring through Fall are perfect for canoeing, camping, and hiking
  • Winter is a time for maple sugaring, animal tracks, and the wonders of snow
  • All seasons offer wildlife observation and night-sky viewing

At locations across the state, scouts can:

  • Participate in badge programs for girls or boys
  • Enjoy custom programs for all levels
  • Canoe, kayak, hike (day or night), and enjoy overnight experiences at some locations
  • Take part in Eagle Scout or Gold Award projects
