School & Group Programs at MABA

At the Museum of American Bird Art, we offer fun and educational nature and art-based programs year-round for students from age 2 to age 18. Groups are welcome to combine art with nature with guided programs in our family-friendly art museum and outdoors along the trails. The Museum of American Bird Art also brings art and nature themed programs to your site.

Children learning at the Museum of American Bird Art

Whether you’re leading a scout group in search of badges, planning a birthday party, or running a homeschool program, the teacher naturalists at the Museum of American Bird Art can help.

Groups can receive instruction on using the pottery wheel and working with digital photography, as well as enjoy nature exploration through hands-on activities like looking for seeds and bugs in our fields, dip-netting in our vernal pool or stream, and discovering our forest. Learn More
