Teen Adventure Trip Leader
About This Position
Teen Adventure Trip (Trek) Leaders facilitate groups of 8-10 teenagers on several, one and two week-long outdoor adventure trips throughout the Northeast, both in the front- and backcountry. On each trip, two Trek Leaders work closely together to supervise and create a positive group environment where participants can learn, grow and develop leadership skills in an active outdoor setting. Trek Leaders will lead multiple trips, spending the off time participating in staff training, trip planning, supporting trips, and working in program areas for overnight and family camps. Schedules will typically run two or three weeks on Treks followed by one week in camp. Trek Leaders also offer support in other Wildwood teen programs.
