Public Relations/Outreach Volunteer - Great Neck
Consistent, focused outreach is a key aspect of our sanctuary’s ability to impact the community. Volunteer will work with the sanctuary team to formulate our message and expand our influence. Duties may include tracking press coverage, assembling and maintaining press archives, updating the sanctuary’s media contacts list, submitting content for sanctuary programs or events to online calendars or print listings; as well as brainstorming on possible promotional campaign ideas and occasional background research or fact checks for press releases or stories.
