Seasonal Seashores
Students will be introduced to the seashore habitat and the animals that live there as they explore the waters of Sengekontacket Pond. There will be a discussion of the marine life they find, why these animals need this habitat to survive, and how climate change is affecting island waters. Classes may take specimens back to the classroom to set up aquariums for long-term study.
