Now that warm weather is in full swing, it's time to hit the water and cool off! Come to Felix Neck to explore Sengekontacket Pond as a family, or enjoy a beautiful summer evening on one of our sunset kayak tours.

Join a Felix Neck naturalist on an exciting kayak adventure! Paddle by Sarson's Island to see nesting shorebirds. Watch American oystercatchers, cormorants and shorebirds feed and frolic. Explore the salt marsh and search for pond wildlife. Learn about the natural history of saltwater communities found on Martha's Vineyard.

Single boats and double boats available. All equipment, including life jackets, will be provided. Participants age 18 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Sunset in the summer at Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary

Enjoy a breathtaking sunset tour on Sengekontacket Pond. Relax, unwind and appreciate the painted sky like never before while paddling the waters. As the sun sets, see the natural world come to a tranquil peace as you float and relish the view.

We have single boats and double boats available (must be age 11 or older to paddle). Everyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All equipment, including life jackets, will be provided.
