A Day at Drumlin Farm Camp | Sample Schedule

Drumlin campers outside of Farm Life Center

Each day at camp is different. Our counselors design their own curriculum that reflects their teaching personalities. Every year we add something new, but some things stay constant: each day has a theme, and the day’s lessons and activities are designed around that theme.

At Drumlin Farm Camp

Full-week programs are farm-and-nature-oriented. For example, Nature Campers experience Cow Day along with Red Pine Forest Day.
Older camp groups cover more specific themes over a wider range of topics directly related to their group goals. Activities include chores (on a farm–themed day), exploring natural habitats (on a nature-themed day), cooking, crafts, games, and more.

At Assabet Camp and Wolbach Camp

Campers spend one week diving into specific topics at these theme camps. We take a deeper look at themes and offer more specialized activities. For example, at Assabet River National Wildlife Refuge, students get to canoe and fish on Puffer Pond each week.

“You do a great job coming up with new, interesting, and exciting camp options for kids as they get older. We’re already talking about which camp my son might want to do next year!”—Camp Parent
