Winter Ecology

Study the many adaptations of native plants, animals, and people to a colder climate. Examine the relationship between temperature, humidity, and snowfall. Learn how winter conditions affect the survival and habits of different species, of both plants and animals - hibernation, dormancy, brumation, migration, and staying active.
