Stew & Brew: Eat, Drink, and Be Merry
Celebrate mid-winter with local style on Friday, February 1! Enjoy a cozy evening by our fire with stews made from local, seasonal ingredients; hearty breads; and a variety of beers from neighborhood breweries including Jack’s Abby, Rapscallion, and Saltbox Brewery.
We'll be featuring stews made with Drumlin Farm-raised lamb and goat as well as vegetables from our root cellar—including an all-vegetarian stew. Enhance your meal's flavor as you learn about local brews and pick your favorite one.
Participants must be age 21 or older to attend.
Drumlin Farm is committed to the concept of eating locally, eating well, and supporting sustainable lifestyles. By learning more about our food—how it is grown, where it comes from, and how to prepare it—we increase our understanding of sustainability, stewardship, and the relationship between us, our food choices and the environment. We aim to encourage discussion and offer opportunities to share and have a good time while becoming more informed about food, farming, and the environment.
