Education Program Assistant Volunteers
Location:
Lenox, MA
Conduct environmental education programs and lead groups of visitors in hands-on discovery of the various habitats at Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuaries. During the summer season education program volunteers lead nature walk programs for groups of visitors ranging in size from five to fifty-five people. Training is provided.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm and interest in natural history and environmental education. Creative and flexible. High school diploma and some teaching experience. Basic natural history science background and local natural history needed. Responsible and prompt. Minimum of 18 years of age
