Our Camp Staff
Our camp staff is committed to helping campers to thrive, create, explore, build friendships, and be happy. Team members have expertise in environmental education, ecology, and art. All staff undergo background checks, are certified in CPR and first aid, and receive training in health and safety procedures, child development, natural history, and environmental education best practices.
Mass Audubon requires that all staff, regardless of their work location, disclose their Covid-19 vaccination status. Proof of vaccination status is required immediately upon hire.
