DUE TO THE SEVERE WEATHER FORECAST, THE 2013 EAGLE FESTIVAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED. Please check our website for other programs offered while bald eagles are in the area. For advice on looking for eagles in less challenging weather, please call Joppa Flats Education Center at 978-462-9998. The 2014 Eagle Festival is scheduled for Saturday, February 8. We hope to see you then if not before.

The Refuge Visitor Center and Headquarters, at Six Plum Island Turnpike in Newburyport, is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Exhibits are open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
