Directions to Eastern Point Wildlife Sanctuary

Take Rt. 128 North, all the way to the end (exit 9) in Gloucester. At the stop light, take East Main Street, the middle road at a 3-way intersection, with signs for East Gloucester and Rocky Neck. East Main Street becomes Eastern Point Road at the turn to Rocky Neck. Keep on Eastern Point Road. Just past Niles Beach—along the harbor beach—bear right through the stone gates onto Eastern Point. (If there is someone stationed at the gate, just tell them you’re going to the Mass Audubon property at Eastern Point). Stay on the same road until you see the lighthouse. The parking lot is on the right, overlooking the harbor. It's about 3 miles from the end of Rt. 128 to the Lighthouse.
