This program is for YOU, because you’re simply curious to find out the most basic information about identifying birds and understanding their behavior. Join us any Saturday (hours differ) for a half-hour discussion followed by a field trip around one of the best areas to see birds in New England. We’ll talk about – and see – everything from mallards, gulls, and Canada geese to bald eagles, owls, and tiny, beautiful songbirds. Our experienced leaders take only six participants on each jaunt, giving everyone plenty of time and attention.
Although this program is meant for people who have had little to no exposure to birds, everyone is welcome. Minimum age: 8 years. A parent or guardian must accompany children.
