Friday Morning Birds and More
Sponsored by Broad Meadow Brook

Fri, Nov 06, 2009 7:00 am - 9:00 am

Location: Broad Meadow Brook Wildlife Sanctuary
Instructors: Sheryl Farnam - Natural History Guide and Birding Instructor; Martha Gach - Conservation Coordinator
Audience: Adult
Fee: Adults $0.00m/ $5.00nm

This weekly bird walk helps document the sanctuary birds over the season, keeping tabs on our regulars and an eye out for rare visitors like last fall's short-eared owl. Help us confirm fall migrating species. Most of the time we'll explore different corners of the sanctuary, but we may take trips to look at nearby areas. Birders of all levels are welcome!

Instructions and Directions: Meet at the Visitor Center. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water. Binoculars and field guides are recommended but not required.

Registration is required.

Register by mail: program registration form. (PDF 66K)
Register by phone: with a credit card by calling 508-753-6087.
For your own security, DO NOT send credit card information via email.
