What will they be wearing? What’s the seasonal specialty on the menu? How are their table manners? Come and learn about those feathered friends that spend the winter with us and how to set up your own feeders so that you will have lots of winter visitors. We'll make our own feeder to take home, and meet one of Drumlin's resident birds up close.
Up to three children per adult. " Backpack babies" (under 12 months) are welcome free of charge, but strollers are not appropriate for the terrain we will cover. Please mention these participants when registering. Per person fee applies to each participant, both children and adults.
Things You Should Know:
·Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary is a dynamic environment. Occasionally we may make programmatic changes to take advantage of new opportunities or to maintain the safety of all animals and visitors.
·If you are registering twins for an adult/child pair program, the fee for the second twin is half the non-member fee listed for the program.
·Children should be the age indicated by the start of each program.
·On the first day of each program, please check in at the Admissions Window, except where noted.
·Programs include time outside and will run rain or shine; please come dressed comfortably for the weather.
·In programs in which there is a food to farm connection, snacks from the farm may be incorporated into the program.
