Curious about the Community Preservation Act (CPA)?
Join us on November 14th, share some refreshments, and learn how CPA can help your community preserve open space and historic sites, create affordable housing and develop outdoor recreational facilities. In this forum, we will discuss projects communities have completed under the CPA and the costs and benefits of the program to communities in Worcester County.
We will also be discussing how communities that have adopted CPA can use their open space funds strategically, focusing land protection efforts on areas that are most critical. Communities in attendance will be presented with community-specific maps of the priority habitat areas (BioMap2).
A pizza dinner will be provided to all program participants!
