2012 Spring March Vacation Days: Tuesday 3/20

Location: Moose Hill Wildlife Sanctuary, Sharon
Instructor: Day Camp Staff - All Camp Staff have enthusiasm, experience working with children, natural history knowledge and outdoor teaching skills. Educators are college students or graduates who are certified in First Aid and CPR, or beyond, and have participated in over one week of camp training.
Audience: Children (suitable for children 3 - 12 years)
Members: Child $50.00
Nonmembers: Child $60.00

SPRING - Spring Science and Signs
Spring is an amazing  me when the earth is revitalized. Discover
the science behind spring phenomenon--fi nding a mate, plants
that keep themselves warm, turning sap to syrup and more!
Ask ques ons and fi nd solu ons during this ac ve week as we
explore the sanctuary looking for signs of spring.
- Session 1: March 19, 20, 21, 22 and/or 23 (private school

Public and Private School Vaca on Days
Ages 3 - 12 (Grades PreK - 7)
9 a.m. - 3 p.m. (Extended Op on of 8a, 4p, 5p)
Fee per day: $50 member; $60 non-member

About Vaca on Day Programs: Learning is facilitated through a combina on of indoor ac vi es, outdoor explora ons, cra s,
and games. You may register for one or more days if your child a ends public school. Private school sessions require a minimum
of 2 days per week per student. Children are divided into groups of similar ages. Preschool themes are modifi ed versions of what
is described. Preschoolers are expected to be self-suffi cient in the bathroom and will have a lie-down rest  me. A health form and
informa on packet will be sent upon registra on for those who did not a end the summer 2011 Moose Hill Camp.
Dress or pack for the weather since we go out every day! When there is snow we play, build and slide without sleds. Bring a snack,
water, lunch and both indoor and outdoor footwear. Preschoolers need to bring a small blanket to rest on and quiet toy.
Extended Day Op on: The fee of $6 per hour for the 8a, 4p and 5p op ons. Please specify which hours are needed when you reg-
ister. This program includes a kosher snack and supervised free-play  me. There is no fee reduc on for early pick up. Doors open at
7:55a and close promptly at 5p. Late fees are charged.
Refund Policy: If Moose Hill is no fi ed one week prior to the Monday of the session, you will receive a full refund. No refunds will
be granted a er this deadline has passed.
To Register: Pre-registra on is required. Mail in the registra on form or call the nature center with the informa on.
