Call for Presenters at the Cape Cod Natural History Conference

Wellfleet Bay is now accepting proposals for presentations at the Cape Cod Natural History Conference scheduled for Saturday, March 9, 2013. Professional or personal research, studies, or observations focusing on the ecology, behavior, status, or distribution of local plants, animals, natural communities, and/or environmental restoration projects on Cape Cod are accepted. Proposals are due by December 31.

The conference will feature several brief presentations by individuals from environmental organizations, agencies, and colleges across Cape Cod and Massachusetts. Now in its 18th year, the conference allows colleagues to learn about each other’s research and to exchange ideas. At the same time, it is an opportunity for the public to learn first-hand about some compelling subjects relating to Cape Cod’s ecology, natural history, conservation, and environmental projects.
