Cape Cod Natural History Conference - March 9
Seal and fisheries interactions, molting storm petrels, mapping the sea floor, and sea turtle strandings are just a few of the many subjects presented on at this year’s Cape Cod Natural History Conference scheduled for Saturday, March 9, 2013.
Now in its 18th year, this full day conference features presenters from environmental organizations across Cape Cod speaking on a diversity of natural history topics. Both oral and poster presentations will highlight local research projects, conservation efforts, and local environmental organizations and allow participants the opportunity to engage with the presenters.
The event is held at the Cape Cod Community College and is sponsored by Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank and the Bird Watcher’s General Store.
Cost is $20 for advance by March 2, and $25 for registrations after March 2 or walk-ins. Register on-line.
Or download the brochure for a complete listing of presenters and a printable registration form.
