Facility Rentals
 Gallery and Estate House at the Museum of American Bird Art
Set at the 124-acre Mildred Morse Allen Wildlife Sanctuary, the Museum of American Bird Art offers several elegant options to accommodate your facility needs: The Gallery is an open, bright and airy space where the main floor and mezzanine display changing art exhibits in a climate-controlled setting. Also available are several rooms in the beautiful estate house.
Types of Functions: Parties and meetings
Maximum Capacity: Exhibition Gallery–50 people; Estate House–40 people. Outdoor tented events may increase capacity when permitted.
Availability: Year-round
Rates:
For weekday rentals (during normal office hours):
Base fee for 4-hour rental is $350 for the Estate House, $450 for the Exhibition Gallery. Additional fees may be required depending on the event. Please contact the Museum of American Bird Art for a quote for your event.
For weekend or evening rentals:
Base fee for 4-hour rental is $600 for the Estate House, $700 for the Exhibition Gallery. Additional fees may be required depending on the event. Please contact the Museum of American Bird Art for a quote for your event.
Food Storage/Prep: Limited kitchen facilities
Parking: Capacity for 26 vehicles. More cars may be accommodated for an additional charge.
A/V Equipment: Banquet tables and padded chairs. Please inquire about AV equipment availability.
Additional Amenities: When an event is held in the Estate House while the Exhibition Gallery is open to the public, event guests receive complimentary admission to the exhibition. Free use of two miles of trails through 138 acre wildlife sanctuary.
Please note: No smoking indoors. Alcoholic beverages may be served provided certain conditions are met. Museum of American Bird Art staff member must be on duty. All activity is restricted to scheduled room(s).
