Prius Raffle Winner Announced

Ed and Fran Karger of Lenox started off the new year with a new Toyota Prius. Ed won the car in Mass Audubon's Berkshire Wildlife Sanctuaries' raffle drawing.

The winning ticket was picked Sunday at the Pleasant Valley Wildlife Sanctuary. Richard LaFleche, of Adelson & Company, PC, CPA, was there to oversee the drawing.

Approximately 1,550 tickets were sold at events across Berkshire County over the past six months. All money raised by the raffle (we are still tallying the proceeds) will support the Pleasant Valley, Canoe Meadows and Mt. Everett Wildlife Sanctuaries in the Berkshires.
