Endicott Wildlife Sanctuary
The sanctuary contains a mix of natural communities from wetlands to mixed deciduous/coniferous woodlands. Eastern white pine, red oak, American beech, black oak, and black birch comprise the upper story, while dense stands of eastern hemlock dominate the forest understory and lower canopy.
The most notable feature of the wetlands is a wet meadow that extends over approximately 4 acres and contains many species of sedges, grasses, and rushes.
Currently, the site facilities are limited to staff offices with no visitor services presently available. However, public walking trails are being planned for the future.
