Facility Rentals

Great Room at Drumlin Farm

Drumlin Farm Wildlife Sanctuary offers a unique setting for meetings or lectures hosted by Mass Audubon members. Our Great Room, located in the Nature Center, and the lawn adjacent to this space are available for evening meetings or lectures.

Types of Functions: Meetings or lectures. We also offer Birthday Parties (PDF 55K) on weekends in our Pond House or Turkey House.

Maximum Capacity: 80 people for a lecture, 64 for a meeting using tables.

Availability: When the sanctuary is closed to visitation, evenings after 5 pm (September-October and March-June) and after 4 pm (November-February). Meetings or lectures may last no later than 11 pm. All rentals are limited to the Nature Center Great Room and the lawn directly behind the Great Room. The farmyard or other areas of the sanctuary are not included. Due to space constraints, we do not offer any rentals during the summer months.

Rates: $350 for 4 hours, $75 for each additional hour.

Food Storage/Prep: Food may be served but not prepared on site; ovens in the Nature Center kitchen may be used to keep food warm, and counters may be used as a staging area. Renters and/or caterers/bartenders are responsible for cleanliness of the kitchen area. Caterers/bartenders must comply with Mass Audubon insurance requirements.

Parking: Onsite parking available at no additional charge.

Additional Amenities: Nature Center has a fireplace stocked with wood for guests’ use. We have 8 round tables and 64 chairs for use indoors. Please ask about other tables, additional chairs or other equipment available for use.

Please note: Must be a Mass Audubon member in order to rent. No smoking inside or outside the building or on the sanctuary grounds. Serving of alcoholic beverages is permitted only under strict conditions and requires that a Certificate of Insurance and Waiver of all Liability be secured and provided by the renter. All activity is restricted to the scheduled room. Posting of any signs off the premises is prohibited. No dogs or other pets are allowed on the sanctuary.
