Meeting Room at Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary

With over 700 acres of forest, meadows, marsh, and wetlands, as well as abundant wildlife throughout the year, Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary offers a perfect setting for your event. Our large meeting room has a view of a vernal pool, permanent pond, and field while our small meeting room offers a bright space for more intimate groups.

Types of Functions: Meetings, conferences, parties, retreats, religious services, memorials

Maximum Capacity: Meeting Room 1 seats 60 auditorium style. Meeting Room 2 seats 20

Availability: Year-round

Rates: Nonmembers $150 over 4 hours, $125 under 4 hours; Members $125 over 4 hours, $100 under 4 hours; Not-for-profit organizations, volunteers, or staff members $100 over 4 hours, $75 under 4 hours

Food Storage/Prep: Room 1—small kitchenette (includes sink, dishwasher, range, fridge, microwave and coffee maker).
Room 2—microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker

Parking: Onsite parking available

A/V Equipment: A projection wall is available in our large meeting room; no Powerpoint or VCR equipment is available.

Please note: No smoking inside or outside the building. No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises.
