Join us aboard the classically styled riverboat, Amatista,as we sail the mighty Amazon River and through the narrow tributaries of the protected Pacaya-Samiria Reserve. We will be surrounded by a virtually unbroken sea of verdant tropical growth shrouding an astounding diversity of wildlife. Our guides will help you spot the assorted flora and fauna in the thick rainforest. In comfort, we will look for monkeys, birds, sloths, dolphins, and more. This program helps support the conservation work of Mass Audubon and the Amazon Center for Environmental Education and Research. Machu Picchu extensions are also available.
